MY ROLE
I led this client’s digital design scope of work in a team collaboration.


My partnership with Allied began in 2020 with a modest project. Commencing with the design and development of digital presentations, our collaboration aimed to equip associates with effective tools to introduce Allied to potential customers.

This initial project laid the foundation for a dynamic and enduring relationship, evolving over two years to encompass a diverse range of digital design initiatives.

The presentations offer a glimpse into how Allied works, what’s important to them, and what makes them different.

We designed and built a series of presentations for Allied that are regionally and product specific.

FACT: Nearly 400 billion emails are sent each day.

We helped Allied improve their email game by designing rich, product-specific, email templates that would replace emails that were previously blocks of text.

EXPERIENCE STRATEGY

Over three days in February 2021, I engaged with Allied personnel across all levels to gain insights into customer touchpoints and identify opportunities for elevating their customer experience.

In the wake of Allied's remarkable growth, nearly doubling in size within a year, I recognized the strategic importance of optimizing every customer interaction. To unlock this potential, I proposed a comprehensive digital strategy initiative, beginning with in-person interviews with key staff.

Through these interviews, I meticulously evaluated key areas for improvement within client interactions, organizational processes, and technology infrastructure.

2022 LEADERSHIP KICKOFF

As of the conclusion of 2021, my collaboration with Allied expanded to include strategic involvement with the leadership team. This extended to designing internal communications.

BRAND IDENTITY

Since Allied began serving Texas customers in September 2009, their identity had evolved into a distinctive brand known for transparency, a commitment to exceeding expectations, and using of high-quality materials.

Our collaboration with Allied involved engaging in a series of exercises to initiate a thoughtful exploration of how their well-established brand could be effectively represented through a fresh and innovative design.
